Kathy Angelo MAAO, PPE and Toni Swisher MAAO, PPE are co-owners of SW MI Assessing Service and have been working in a local goverment setting for more than 25 years. Our career paths crossed in 1999 and we have worked side by side in assessment administration ever since. As certified Assessor's we are passionate about offering our expertise to surrouding communities to create efficiency for municipalities and to build confidence in their Assessment Office.
